HJC STYLING was founded by Hayley Charles in 2015.

After attaining a BSc Degree in Social Science which developed her interest in consumerism and advertising, Hayley decided to pursue a Masters Degree in Fashion Management to develop  her love of fashion and styling, as well as to pave a successful   career path.  Hayley completed her Master’s degree at Aberdeen’s Robert Gordon University in December 2014 and has since grown a large portfolio of Editorial and Commercial fashion shoots which have allowed her to style a wide range of models.

Hayley’s background is in Personal Styling and Visual Merchandising, having previously working for the UK’s leading department store..  Here, she learned and developed key skills such as colour analysis and body shape dressing through intensive training and client experiences.  After becoming frustrated at the fact she could only recommend clothing brands from one particular retailer she saw a gap in the market for personal styling on a large scale and wanted to take affordable and impartial styling advice to the masses rather than a small selection of consumers.
